Introducing our rustic live-edged coat racks, handcrafted by Damien Devereux, a skilled craftsman who is registered blind. Made from sustainably sourced, kiln-dried softwood such as Sitka Spruce, Douglas Fir, or Western Hemlock, each rack is carefully treated with Danish oil to enhance the natural grain and provide protection against damp coats.
Available in two variants, these medium-sized racks come with either five or three tarnished brass hangers. The five hook version has 10 cm spacing between each hook, while the three hook version has them 20 cm apart, allowing for quicker drying of coats. Measuring 50 cm in length and 10-20 cm in height depending on the bark, the boards are 3-4 cm thick, with hooks that protrude no more than 10 cm from the wall.
Installation is easy, as the screw holes are concealed behind the hangers. Simply attach the coat rack yourself, as all screws are provided. For added customization, hangers can be attached in either direction, with the bark facing up or down, to suit your preference.
